SHIPPING

I currently only ship to UK and Europe, if you are outside of these countries and would like to purchase any of my paintings, please get in touch with me and I will be more than happy to help you.

All prints are printed to order and the usual timescale to get these done and posted to you are within 5-7 working days. I check each print in detail to make sure there are no defects before posting it to you.
In the unlikely event where the print is damaged, the delivery time might be delayed by a couple of days whilst I reorder it.

UK shipping via Royal Mail tracked 48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Europe delivery: 3-5 working days via tracked mail.

Customs/import charges may apply depending on destination country.
Shipping may be delayed due to customs.

PACKAGING

21 x 29.5 cm (A4) size prints and originals are shipped in A3 size cardboard envelopes, the extra space helps to protect the edges of the artwork in transit.

29.5 x 42 cm (A3) size prints and originals are shipped in postal tubes.

QUALITY

For originals I use professional artist level materials. I use Schmincke, Daniel Smith, Winsor&Newton paint for watercolour. Originals will last for centuries as long as they are framed and stored properly.

Giclée prints are printed on thick Hahnemühle German Etching paper with archival pigmented inks that could last over 100 years.

All originals comes with certificate of authenticity.

FRAMING

Prints and originals come unframed

Prints - I recommend framing matted behind glass. All prints come with a white border for matting and framing purposes.

SALES POLICY

All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in post, please get in touch as soon as you can and I will endeavor to rectify this for you.
If the delivery was damaged, please include photos as evidence.
