Hi there fellow art lover!

My name is Ieva, though sometimes I just go by Eve.
As you can already see, I’m an artist that loves to express herself on canvas.
I discovered my passion for painting at a very young age and was fortunate enough to attend an art school.
I’ve spent many years experimenting with various paint and techniques, and tried several styles and subjects before settling on semi-abstract landscapes.
Life can be surprising, and mine took me from the land of endless ancient woodland that surrounds countless lakes, to the UK where I am also blessed with access to mesmerizing mountains. This is where I have also decided to deepen my knowledge and finished a degree in art history.
I enjoy spending time outdoors - hiking through the valleys, climbing mountains, hill walking, and especially chasing those sunrises and sunsets when the landscape lights up in the most magical way! I love to pack my sketch book with me and take every chance to capture the moment and feeling of serenity.
My art is inspired by what I see on my days out - the magical landscapes, flowing rivers, towering mountains, evergreen forests and rolling hills. But as you can imagine, being an artist, I cannot resist the opportunity to add my own twist, and that’s what makes my work unique.
